Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING INFORMATION

All domestic and international orders are shipped by US Postal Service. Sorry, but we cannot ship via FedEx or UPS.

Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on total weight and destination. There is a link at the bottom right of the cart page that will calculate your shipping for you based on the items you have added to the cart.

Your order will be shipped within two business days or less from the time that we receive it.

If you are shipping with the Express Mail option, please note that there is usually a 1 business day processing period. Express Mail shipping is usually overnight to most locations but can occasionally be 2 day depending on your zip code. If you have questions, please call 479-549-5828 or email.

There is no tracking available for international shipments. Any custom fees are your responsibility. We will obtain proof of mailing when the items are placed with the postal service. After that, Jubilee Creative Studio is not responsible for international orders.
- Parcels to Europe and other international destinations take anywhere from 5 days to 30 days for delivery. Please be patient.
RETURNS
- Returns are allowed on defective BeJewelers tools. No refunds will be issued. The defective product will be replaced. (We have never yet found a defective BeJeweler! These are quality tools.)
- Exchanges are allowed on any defective motifs as long as the motif has not been applied to any garment and still has the original backing in place.
- You must contact us within 5 business days from the time you received a defective item to arrange for a return. The items must be received by us no later than 10 business days after the contact. Please use Delivery Confirmation when you ship a return so that you can see by tracking when it is received.
- No returns or refunds on the hot fix rhinestones or rhinestuds unless arrangements are made prior to purchase.
