DOMESTIC ORDERS: Jubilee Rhinestones will ship to any domestic location. Our online checkout is the most secure way to place an order since it will not reveal your credit card information; however, if you are uncomfortable ordering online, you may call directly to place an order at 1-888-239-1442.  This is a toll free number for domestic US callers.  Orders are shipped within 2 business days or less.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: This website will accept US, Canada, and other international orders. Shipping is charged accordingly.  You are responsible for any customs fees due in your own country.  Jubilee Rhinestones is not responsible for international shipments once they have been placed with the Postal Service and a certificate of mailing or delivery confirmation number has been received.

PAYMENTS: Credit card payments are accepted on this website.  Security is provided by Authorize.net.   Paypal is also accepted.  Please email or call if you have questions or problems.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped promptly via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart depending on your destination address.  You may add items to cart before purchasing to see shipping options and rates.  We do not add excessive handling fees and thus our shipping rates are very reasonable.  All orders that use a shipping discount coupon will be shipped First Class regardless of the method selected at checkout.

RETURNS: Returns are allowed on defective BeJewelers & Professional Touch tools. No refunds will be issued. The defective product will be replaced. (We have never yet found a defective BeJeweler or Professional Touch! These are quality tools.)  Exchanges are also allowed on any defective motifs as long as the motif has not been applied to any garment and still has the original backing in place.  No returns or refunds on the hot fix rhinestones or rhinestuds.
